Antes del Amanecer is a free street gazette led by Joanna Riquett in collaboration with the Thich Nhat Hanh Foundation. Its purpose is to bring mindfulness and emotional wellbeing teachings to wide audiences through accessible, everyday, non-religious messages. Its first edition — 6,000 copies — was distributed nationally across Colombia, including at MED, the largest meditation event in the country.
