Sofia Luna is a Colombian artist working as World Builder, consultant, designer, creative director & researcher focused on creating real, tangible value by realizing people’s imaginations and her own.
Her singular approach borrows from the immaterial, infusing meaning that cohesively ties all elements together, resulting in magnetic, tactile spheres of enhanced human experience manifested in both physical and digital realms.
Her projects span a wealth of disciplines including conceptualization, design, identity, image, and campaigns—extending to creative coding, website development, digital experiences, UX/UI, moving image, packaging, product development, copywriting, naming and beyond.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Management (with honors) from ESCP, and living in Buenos Aires, Paris, Madrid and Berlin, she founded Playhouse, a creative direction studio focused on World Building. Through it she has developed iconic brands like Good Girl Snacks and worked with with a span of entrepreneurs, artists, and companies across the globe.
Feeling the need to sharpen her skills, she completed a Master of Arts in Applied Imagination at Central Saint Martins, graduating with the highest distinction after presenting her final thesis, “Rebranding Humankind.” She has also completed certificates in Design Thinking & Innovation from MIT and Compassion Cultivation from Stanford.
When she is not working she invests her time researching, immersing herself in exhuberant nature, and playing eclectic electronic music. She also goes on nourishing adventures such as silent Vipassana, Qi-qong and Neuroscience retreats. She is a fulfilled human and mainly enjoys being of service to others.
