El lanzamiento de una capsula especial de perfumes que actuan como una ventana, puerta y lazo cultural a cada ciudad.
Puntos a desarrollar (3):
1. Experiencia real, multi-sensorial, tangible, memorable, in-store para cada perfume. Un elemento diferenciador con el que cada cliente pueda interactuar, jugar y sentir para que lo transporte a esa ciudad.
2. Assets digitales, videos de 1m30 que cuenten la historia de la ciudad, conecten y transporten al viewer. #cultura
3. Un video con la historia de NNT, comunicando el legado y grabado en los lugares donde se inició la película.

Ya hable y negocie con el videografo. Muy talentoso y amoroso, despues de enamorarlo del proyecto logre que pasaramos de $2,500,000 por video a $8,500,000 por los 7 videos editados, colorizados y listos para compartir.
Solicita pagarle 1/2 del trabajo por anticipado.

Fee diario de $1,111,111 COP
Este incluye: dirección de videos, investigación, hablar con suppliers, manejo de talento y rondas de feedback, ideación y brainstorming, y creación de todos los assets. Acceso a todo mi cerebro, ideas, contactos y capacidades.
Dias estimados: 10 sujeto a variaciones + - (2 dias de investigacion, 5 dias de rodaje, 3 dias de desarrollo experiencial)
Viaticos incluidos en cualquier actividad fuera de Medellín.
Esta propuesta es confidencial tanto en sus contenidos como en sus valores.

Regarding Suppliers
Regarding payments
- I am not responsible for paying any Supplier unless otherwise agreed.
- If agreed, I can manage the payment distribution to Suppliers. In this case, the Client must transfer the total fees owed to Suppliers, including any transaction costs, to my account.
- Monthly retainer payments are due within the first 5 working days of each month.
- Unexpected costs that will naturally arise from the project such as font licenses, illustrations, web hosting prices, domain prices, external hired talent, are not included in my fees.
- If funds are sent to the wrong address, the Client must make-up for the lost funds.
- We don’t do refunds.
Regarding damages
- Any damages caused throughout the process will be covered by the client.
- We do not respond for any damages caused by delays in the process.
- We are not liable for damages caused by the failure of one of the deliverables. For example, website glitches, etc.
- We reserve the right to terminate the project immediately -at any stage- if there is any disrespect or offensive behavior towards myself or any Supplier.
Regarding Intellectual property
- All Suppliers adhere to broadly consistent intellectual property policies. However, our capacity to assist with specific concerns is limited. Client is encouraged to clearly articulate their intellectual property needs and requirements.
- We reserve the right to feature representations of the project and its assets in our portfolio.

World Building / consulting
A thorough research document containing the brand’s creative direction.
Weekly meetings to run over process and progress. These meetings also serve as creative and general business development brainstorming.
Project management, handling all communications with talent. Overseeing and ensuring proper execution of everything.
A tailored client webspace where all the research, process and deliverables are gathered.
From the team (this is just a prediction of elements, a menu if you would like, of things I can facilitate)Brand identity (logos, colors, fonts, PDF with brand guidelines, brand applications such as merch, stickers)
Product design(for each reference)
Packaging design(for the product)
Product photography (that matches the vision and creative direction for everything)

Investment
Phase 1 Creative direction, defining what world we are going to build (this is where we outline the DNA of the brand).
Fixed fee of £4,444
Phase 2 Development & materialization of the creative blueprint. Overseeing and project managing the building of the world in its day-to-day operations.
Monthly retainer tiers subject to the budget for the creative development of the brand.
That includes everything that is not related to logistics, production or distribution.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 are not necessarily hired together. We could work on the creative direction blueprint (Phase 1) first, see how things flow and then decide whether you want to execute it here or elsewhere :)

About My Practice
I have been working as a creative director for the past 5 years, crafting unique identities and soulful worlds throughout different countries and industries—all tied by a general thread of authenticity, respect for Earth and a level of human innovation.
After going to different schools and incorporating disciplines such as Design Thinking and Imagination, I have learnt to refine the gift of serving as a channel for people to make their creative dreams a reality, as cliché as it may sound. So far it has worked pretty well. Indeed, all together my clients have amounted audiences of more than 2.5 million people globally.
