Moodboarding possible visual avenues 
Weekly meetings to run over concept, process and progress. These meetings also serve as creative and general business development brainstorming. 
Project management, handling all communications with talent.  Overseeing and ensuring proper execution of everything.

Investment

Monthly retainer of £1,888

    Estimated fees for talent
    Logo designer Working to create the micro identity. Takes 2 weeks to a month.

    Fixed fee of $1.5k to 2k

    Web designer     Working to design a unique, beautiful, sleek web. Takes 1 month. 

    Fixed fee of $3.5k to 5k

    Web development Working to code the 2D design onto a living digital interface. Responsible of optimizing, cleaning the code, debugging, installing analytics and creating the CMS. Takes around 1.5 months, can vary depedning on length of debugging face. 

    Fixed fee $4k to 7k (depending on complexity of design)

    Total estimated time to deliver all 3-4 months 
    Is this a is slow, habitual, or fast timeline? It is habitual, faster timelines usually require higher budgets.

    Total estimated budget for hired talent  $9k to 14k depending on seniority of talent (doesn’t include my monthly fee)
    Is this a is cheap, habitual, or expensive budget? It is not the cheapest, but for someone looking to create something tailored, beautiful and technically robust it is habitual.

    Terms & Conditions

    Wherein Client is Devin Grant & Suppliers is all the hired talent

    Regarding Suppliers 
    • I do not directly employ suppliers nor establish employment relationships with them; such relationships are exclusively between the Client and the Supplier. My role is that of a representative/consultant for the Client, acting as a bridge between both parties.
    • I bear no liability for missed deliveries or deadlines by Suppliers.
    • We will not hold Suppliers accountable for original, editable file handover. 
    • Processes such as Packaging and Web Design demand ALL the necessary assets prior to starting.

    Regarding payments
    • I am not responsible for paying any Supplier unless otherwise agreed. 
    • If agreed, I can manage the payment distribution to Suppliers. In this case, the Client must transfer the total fees owed to Suppliers, including any transaction costs, to my account. 
    • Monthly retainer payments are due within the first 5 working days of each month. 
    • Unexpected costs that might naturally arise from the project such as font licenses, illustrations, web hosting prices, domain prices, external hired talent, are not included in my fees or the Suppliers’.
    • If funds are sent to the wrong address, the Client must make-up for the lost funds. 
    • We don’t do refunds.

    Regarding damages 
    • Any damages caused throughout the process will be covered by the client.  
    • We do not respond for any damages caused by delays in the process. 
    • We are not liable for damages caused by the failure of one of the deliverables. For example, website glitches, etc. 
    • We reserve the right to terminate the project immediately -at any stage- if there is any disrespect or offensive behavior towards myself or any Supplier.

    Regarding Intellectual property
    • All Suppliers adhere to broadly consistent intellectual property policies. However, our capacity to assist with specific concerns is limited. Client is encouraged to clearly articulate their intellectual property needs and requirements.
    • We reserve the right to feature representations of the project and its assets in our portfolio.

    About My Practice
    I have been working as a creative director for the past 5 years, crafting unique identities and soulful worlds throughout different countries and industries—all tied by a general thread of authenticity, respect for Earth and a level of human innovation. 

    After going to different schools and incorporating disciplines such as Design Thinking and Imagination, I have learnt to refine the gift of serving as a channel for people to make their creative dreams a reality, as cliché as it may sound. So far it has worked pretty well. Indeed, all  together my clients have amounted audiences of more than 2.5 million people globally.

    For me, creative energy is a sacred tool, hence my decision to be very selective about who it is shared with. I believe in Kinship, you are a talented man, and I know Kinship comes from a genuine place of wanting to create connection and beauty in this world.
